Formed in 2008 in response to the governments need to provide EPC & HCR reports on domestic house sales and rentals, HCR's4U aim is to provide a rapid, cost effective, professional and courteous service to all its clients.

HCR's4U is fully accredited through ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment) and is a full member of both SAVA (Surveyors and Valuers association) and NHER (National Homes Energy Rating) schemes.

Our inspectors are fully HI qualified
